Thanks for being here! Awakening Yoga is a modern, multi-disciplinary method of practice, rooted in traditional lineages but adapted to meet each student exactly where they are. That means a modular approach to sequencing, so no two practices are exactly the same. It means a philosophical shift away from rigidity—you tweak the pose to fit your body, not the other way around. And it means a practice built on curiosity and open-mindedness; an exploratory journey that evolves and unfolds in time with you and honors the fact that each of us is a little bit different body by body, day by day, and moment by moment.

Practices range from 20ish to 90ish minutes in length, with most falling between 60-75 minutes. There are also a few tutorials on breathing techniques, use of props, and some of the unique attributes of the Awakening Yoga system.
